What happens when you book on line with Drivenincar.com?
The Cobra Trak Q is an Insurance Industry Q approved vehicle tracker but only if it is fitted by a Cobra approved installer. We will call you within 24 hours of receiving your order to book a time and date for installation at a location convenient to you. There will be a form which you will need to complete relating to the network subscriptions and this will be sent to you, together with further details on the system, an addressed envelope for the forms and confirmation of the installation date and time agreed. We will send the unit direct to you via a recognised carrier who will require a signature as proof of delivery. It is vital that you complete and return the subscription form before the system is fitted; as your Cobra will not be able to fully commission the unit without the information contained on it.
Arranging the installation
As we will arrange the installation for you at a location convenient to you, we would be grateful if you would bear in mind that as the installation will be carried out by a mobile engineer, he will be affected by bad weather conditions which can cause delays and for this reason, although we will let you know whether the installation will be carried out in the morning or afternoon, we cannot give exact installation times.
